To avoid having problems with your devices and to get the best results from your machines every season, it is very important that your tools get the servicing it needs from time to time. All service related jobs are carried out by trained specialists with years of experience, so you can be assured that your devices are in safe hands.

Frequently asked questions
Please pack your equipment in a strong carton box, the contents of which should be bubble-wrapped or having good protection so that it does not get damaged in transit. Please also write an informal letter/note explaining the issue you are facing with your machine and include it inside the parcel. Parcels should be addressed to the following :

You have the option of sending the package through your preferred courier service, or alternatively, if you are not able to ship it to us, then at your request we can arrange a pickup from where you are located. This will be done at a charge which will be added to the invoice. Please see our returns policy for more information.
This would depend on the repair or servicing job that would be done on your equipment. Usually we have all stock of spare parts available to meet the timely demands of our customers. You can expect to get your equipment back within 10 days from when it arrives at our centre.
This would depend on the kind of service and quantity of spare parts required to put your machine to working condition. Once we have inspected everything we will inform you the estimate for the service job. After your approval we will then proceed to service your machine. We add a labour and courier charge in addition to the cost for the spare parts. An invoice will then be shared once we have completed the work and after the payment has been made, we will ship your product back to you.
