WARRANTY INFORMATION
All clippers have a warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase.
Please note that warranty applies only on the clipper (excluding clipper blades), batteries, charging station and the connecting cables. Blades are not part of warranties, we have a sharpening service for blunt blades. Please see our Sharpening Page for more information.
The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used. It doesn’t cover cosmetic damages. The warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification or repair of the product.
In case of a warranty claim, you will be required to return the item back to us. Please check our returns policy for more information. After we cross check the article and verify the claim, we will either repair or replace the item.
Warranty claims will only be accepted if the item under warranty bears the same serial number at the time of delivery. For this reason, please do not remove the serial numbers from the clipper, batteries, charging station and connecting cables. Please also include in the parcel the Bill of Sale at the time of purchase.

No, we only service Heiniger clippers that are bought from us.
