When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. They will be dispatched either by Blue Dart, India Post or any other courier service available near you. If you are located in an area which is not accessible by any delivery service, you will be requested to pick up the parcel from the nearest branch of the shipping agency.

Depending on your location, its accessibility and the weight or size of the parcel, your orders will be delivered within 1 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping is free across all orders, unless it is a servicing/repair job.

Can I track my order online?

Yes. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email or message from us providing you with tracking details for your order. You can also track your shipment from the Track Order page on our website.

How and where do I send/return an item to Hasbets?

If you wish to send us any article like blades or clippers/machines, you should send them fully insured, properly packed and through your preferred mode of courier/post to the following address:

Can I cancel/exchange an order?

Once an order is placed and the payment is processed, you may cancel it within 24 hours. Please contact us regarding the cancellation. If we have shipped your order within that time period, you may still cancel it provided the product remains unopened once delivered to you. Please refer to the previous section to find out how to send an item to us. Once we receive the item in good condition, we will confirm your cancellation & your payment will be refunded within 7 to 14 working days. Please note that 2 – 5% banking/convenience fees & the shipping charges if applicable may be deducted from the refunded amount. 

If you want to exchange an item, please inform us within 24 hours of placing the order. If we have shipped your order within that time period, you may still exchange the item provided the product remains unopened once delivered to you. Please refer to the above section to find out how to send an item to us. Once we receive the article in good condition, we can then proceed for exchange. If you wish to exchange an item of lesser value, the excess amount will be retained by us and adjusted against future orders. If you wish to exchange an item of higher value you will be required to deposit the balance amount accordingly. Please note that 2 – 5% banking/convenience fees & the shipping charges if applicable may be added in the total adjusted amount.

What if the ordered item is damaged on receipt?

All items are thoroughly checked and packed properly before dispatch, however in the event that you find any of the inner contents are broken or damaged, you should inform us of the same immediately upon delivery and provide us with photographs of the damaged products. After approval, we will arrange for the items to be picked up from your location. Once we receive the item, we will check the condition and replace it provided that all the serial numbers are intact and the items being returned are visibly new and unused.
